CPTO Inc.

CPTO, Inc. is owned and operated by Craig Pennell. CPTO has been in business since 1995 and began by building decks. Since then, projects have ranged from window replacement and siding repair, to finishing basements, garage additions, room additions, sun porches, bathroom remodels, small and large kitchen remodels, and two significant home remodels/additions. CPTO has evolved into a residential remodeler. Craig gets satisfaction in working with customers on their projects, and seeing a totally different 'after' picture compared to the 'before'. His customers also enjoy seeing their home transformed into a new living space, which makes all of the time and effort worthwhile. CPTO’s slogan is: 'Customer satisfaction: Our goal, Your expectation'. Craig has been a member of the Greater Omaha Remodelers Association-NARI since 1998. He served as a Board Member in 2009, and is currently Vice President.
