As a Business Development and Sales professional with 15+ years of experience, Mike spent 9+ years being trained in a corporate environment by one of the top training companies in the country. He has taken Sales and Business development training and spent 6 years translating that to a system that works in the construction industry. Mike has excelled at helping several companies grow by millions of dollars in revenue by implementing this structured approach to communication, follow through and follow up.

In 2018 he branched off and started his own company WinRate Consulting, focusing on coaching contractors on sales and communication practices to help them create a more consistent pipeline. The basis of everything he does is based on identifying the right clients and projects, knowing how to Target them, properly Qualifying the opportunities when they come in, and how to differentiate yourself to close the deal.


Craig is a partner of Lamson Dugan and Murray, LLP.  He is the head of the Construction Practice Group and represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, materials suppliers and design professionals in construction disputes in arbitration and State and Federal courts.  Craig is also well versed in construction contracts, including AIA and Consensus.  His goal is to provide cost-effective counsel to the construction industry.

Craig is the primary author the Construction Contractor Advisor blog,, a construction related blog that focuses on legal trends and best practices in the construction industry.  He has also served on the board of construction industry trade groups, including Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

The course will be offered VIRTUALLY through Zoom.

Thank you for registering for the NARI Fall Education Day. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this event will be hosted virtually to allow local Omaha Contractors the ability to acquire the 6 hours they need for city licensing. The day will include 3 hours business and educational management in the remodeling and construction industry, and 3 hours from the City of Omaha.   This is a FULL Day course with 10 minute breaks to be provided between each session, with Q & A in each session. Attendees will be verified with each course, you will ONLY receive credit if you attend all courses, a certificate will be EMAILED to each participant within 10 business days, this is your copy to hold on to and provide to the city.
